By downloading images copyrighted to tim nguyen co. you are agreeing to the following:

  1. Image License. Tim Nguyen Co. grants a perpetual, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited usage rights license to use low resolution watermarked photographs for personal archival, website and or social media purposes. High Resolution Images are available to download for personal use for a fee.

  2. Image Resale. Any and all photographs copyrighted to Tim Nguyen Co may not be resold or sub-licensed without express written permission from Tim Nguyen Co.

  3. Sub-Licensing. Image licenses for third parties require written consent of both the originating client and Tim Nguyen Co.

  4. Ownership of Images. Per Canada’s Copyright Act (R.S.C., 1985, c. C-42), Tim Nguyen Co retains all rights, license, copyright, title and ownership of all photographs and retains the right to use those photographs and any preliminary works for the purpose of photographic competitions, future publications, educational purposes, personal portfolio, personal and commercial marketing materials both in digital and print formats and in any other way Tim Nguyen Co sees fit to use material for personal or commercial benefit. Where applicable, clients will be given any necessary credit, including of individuals appearing in the photographs. Preliminary works are the sole property of Tim Nguyen Co.

  5. Print Credits. You agree to credit Tim Nguyen in all instances of print publications of the photographs. Credit will be written as one of the following formats: “Photo: Tim Nguyen” , “pc: Tim Nguyen” or “Photography by Tim Nguyen”.

  6. Social Media and Online Credits. You agree to credit Tim Nguyen Co in all instances of online publications of the photographs. Credit will be given on all currently known and future social media platforms wherever applicable. Credit will be written as one of the following formats: “photo: @timnguyen.co,” “pc: @timnguyen.co,” or “photography by @timnguyen.co”. Tim Nguyen Co agrees to make a best effort approach to include a list of specified credits provided by clients on all social media posts. Wherever possible, crediting will follow Canadian Theatre Agreement (CTA) standards.
